We believe that the date the Board of Directors choose to initiate this action [two days before Christmas] says a great deal about the disposition of the Board members as a group and the level of professionalism displayed by the management company. The timing of this initial action, and the tenor of the letter, set the stage for a very contentious and prolonged dispute. We believe anyone operating in a reputable fashion and without malice would have waited until after the holidays.
