In spite of what we believe is a deliberate, irresponsible oversight, in the Board's minutes for February 2003, the Board claimed that they had notified homeowners of the error.
"Several letters were sent in error by the SRHOA's lawyer to residents having covenant violations...Once informed of the incident, the Board issued rescind letters to the homeowners..." Minutes of a Regular Meeting - February 11, 2003
After they received our response letter on Feb. 2nd, the BOD did finally send a rescind letter on Feb. 4th 2002 - 20 days after they had made their initial threat to sue.
